We are currently seeking to add a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! This role can be performed remotely by candidates located in Western Canada.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top tier talent.
• Conduct candidate screenings to determine if their skills align with the qualifications outlined for the unique position at hand.
• Connect with hiring managers to recommend which shortlisted candidates best fit the bill and set up interviews between candidate and hiring manager accordingly.
• Oversee the creation and coordination of offer letters, drug and alcohol testing, orientation set up, and new hire packages.
• Implement backup sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles and to boost our fill time.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the full end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Formal education in Human Resources.
• Previous experience utilizing an HRIS system would be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed as LinkedIn as well as the science behind assessing and selecting the best candidates.
• Proven ability to multi-task and the resiliency to adjust to shifting priorities in order to manage multiple job openings across multiple provinces.
• A passion for creating a superb new hire experience!
