Position:Payroll Specialist
Location: Hawkesbury, Ontario (3 days in office/ 2 days remote)
Salary: $75,000 (based on experience)

We would love to meet for this role:
- At least 2 years of payroll experience with both Canadian and US payroll
- Fluently bilingual
- Experience with ADP
- Microsoft knowledge
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of all payroll data (Benefits forms, expense reimbursements, deductions)
- Participate to the year-end activities for the Canadian and US payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Process all regular, premiums, vacation pay, allowances, increases, retroactive, commission, adjustments and other special payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Calculate and reconcile vacation, compensation and sick leave banks and payments
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of payroll and benefits functions
- Input new hires, rehires and terminations and any changes regarding employee records
- Generate and process records of employment, income tax forms, remittances and cheque requests
