- Post ads
- Complete Tasks
- Work with boss
- Make occasional calls
- Create templates and lists
- Create documents and templates
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling front desk duties
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
