Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with personal tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Outlook Calendar), and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
