Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to help with day-to-day activities for a high net-work family in the North York area of Toronto. Most of the job will take place during business hours but may need to work outside of those hours as needed. This is an in-person role and a personal vehicle is required.
· Calendar management
· Travel bookings (locally, domestically, and internationally)
· Expense reporting, personal banking, accounting duties
· Scheduling phone calls and meetings
· Maintain electronic and paper filings
· Stay on top of voicemails, phone calls, texts, etc.
· Drive for errands as needed
· Help with very sweet and friendly, family dog as needed
· Manage multiple properties and staff across different countries
· Self-motivated and disciplined
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role
· Great communication and interpersonal skills
· High degree of patience with a great attitude
· Leadership
· Microsoft Office/G-Suite/Apple proficient
· Willing to sign an NDA
· Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
· 3 weeks’ vacation
· In person role most of the time but the position offers flexible hours and hybrid work throughout parts of the year during their travels
· Clothing stipend
