Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, project research, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Google Calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Assist with personal tasks such as running errands and managing expenses
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Utilize Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and TikTok for content creation
- Handle social media accounts using Facebook and Instagram and other social media platforms as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, along with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut and all social media platforms.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
