This role is not only pivotal in providing administrative support but also offers an exciting opportunity to delve into sales and digital marketing in the realm of AI and automation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing a diverse range of tasks with efficiency and discretion.

- Actively engage in sales calls and client interactions, representing Quantum Stream AI's innovative services.

- Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely updates on client progress and critical milestones.

- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and reminders, optimizing the CEO's productivity.

- Assist in digital content creation, utilizing skills in web design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Manage and enhance the company's presence on social media platforms.

- Apply basic SEO principles to online content to increase visibility and engagement.

*Qualifications:*

- Proficiency in computer operations, web design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and various social media platforms.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and its application in digital marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing client relationships.

- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technology.

- Previous experience in an administrative, sales, or digital marketing role is advantageous.
