Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Help maintain, coordinate and manage weekly schedule
- Help buy things in person (i.e. office supplies, household materials, groceries)
- Manage household operations (i.e. coordinate with cleaners, arrange furniture, maintain aquarium, prepare basic meals)
- Drop off / pick up things as needed (access to a car preferred)
- Receives deliveries; picks up, sorts, and delivers incoming mail
- Performs reasonable personal or ancillary tasks and shopping
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in customer service would be advantageous
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Valid Driver’s license (preferably has access to a car)
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation with a starting wage of $20-$25/hr for a maximum of 20 hours a week and the potential to grow the role in responsibility.
