- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and photocopying documents
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects or reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism

- Social media posts
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Excellent clerical skills including data entry, typing, and filing documents
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interested in interior design & graphic design ability
