Sevens Studio is a leading production company based in London, Ontario, with a global reach catering to musical artists, commercial clients, and various productions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Production Assistant to join our team on a freelance and part-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the director and producers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist with various tasks to support the studio's projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the director and producer with scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements, overall organizing day to day.
• Managing communication, including emails, calls, and messages
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
• Providing administrative support for meetings, events, and productions
• Handling miscellaneous tasks as assigned to ensure the efficient functioning of the studio

Requirements:

• Authenticity, transparency, and passion is #1.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Trello, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other relevant softwares
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset isn't required.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
