Powersports Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our ever-growing company.

Rallye Motoplex & Marine currently represents 20 Brands, BMW Motorrad, Campion, Cypress Cay, Ducati, Four Winns, G3 Boats, Hisun, Indian Motorcycle, MasterCraft, Mercury, NauticStar, Polaris, Polaris Slingshot, QuickSilver Inflatables, Suncatcher, Suzuki, Triumph, Volvo Penta, Yamaha, and Zero Motorcycles along with many aftermarket offerings and more on the way. Key Accountabilities:

• Work directly with Sales Specialists and face to face with clients. Closing and desking will consume a majority portion of your days.
• Ensure all aspects of customer relationships receive ongoing attention to grow and elevate customer loyalty.
• Build and maintain a highly effective sales staff focused on excelling at sales goals and targets while maintaining above average customer satisfaction levels.

• Expert sales and marketing skills with strong focus on the customer experience
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
