- Production Planning: Schedule and adjust the production process to meet timelines.
- QA/QC: uphold our standard in product quality.
- Team Leadership: Drive a team of skilled production workers toward excellence.
- Budget Management: Optimize our production budget for maximum efficiency.
- Inventory Oversight: Ensure materials are in stock and coordinate with suppliers.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest welding, fabrication, and CNC technology.
- Safety: Lead the charge in exceeding industry safety standards.
- Reporting: Deliver regular, clear reports to company leadership.

- Experience in reading and interpreting drawings is a must
