Production Scheduler
The Production Scheduler will be primarily responsible for activities which include but are not limited to inventory, production and labour scheduling/planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and guiding the production personnel
- Scheduling the production of countertops in a timely and effective manner
- Effectively be able to use Microsoft Excel to produce shop drawings, work orders, track daily production and materials
- Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials and labour to meet production goals
- Other duties as assigned
This position is a full-time position. No shift work, evenings or weekends required.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years production scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills via in person, e-mail and phone
