We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of Unit owner selection finishes. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills
- Assist with project planning and scheduling
- Coordinate home owner selections via in person meetings and email
- Coordinate with trades to ensure correct selections are assigned with units
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Purchase Orders, TI quotes, Site instructions
-Prepare and present Tenet Improvement Packages
Requirements:
- Understanding of finishing fixtures
- Must be highly organized
- Confidence to work independently and as a team
-2 Years experience within the industry
- General understanding of accounting practices
-Skilled in Excel, Timberline would be preferred
