Position Summary
Reporting to the General Foreman, the QAQC Coordinator works in the field and ensures that project QAQC requirements are communicated and implemented.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
● Supports the project team by ensuring QA/QC requirements and processes are communicated and understandable
● Assists in the management in the implementation of program and project deliverables
● Ensures goods and services used are conform to internal and clients specifications
● Reviews the job file documentation & performs the walk-down of the completed packages and maintains files for final turnover to the client
● Ensures all contractual services and procurement are in place to support any required QA/QC activities that require 3rd party support (i.e. turnarounds)
● Participates in the internal audit and related reporting
● Assists with coaching and training of teams members on client specifications and material application.
● Provides administrative support, report completion and progress tracking
● Safety is everyone’s responsibility and you are responsible to look out for yourself and those around you
Education & Experience
● Minimum of 1-2 years in a Coordination or QAQC role in an industrial environment is required
● Experience in the insulation trade is an asset.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
● Ability to maintain the following safety tickets: CTS, H2S Alive, Fall Protection

● Proven ability to identify and implement effective courses of action according to predefined schedule
● Attention to detail
Physical & Other Requirements
● Active drivers licence is required
● Ability to use all hand tools for insulation construction
● Ability to lift, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to be exposed to various types of environments

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $53,094.00-$64,892.00 per year
