Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a critical role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Assist/support quality initiatives by ensuring the product meets customer's requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process, conducting relevant inspections; and where necessary, communicate and take corrective action to rectify nonconformance issues. Report quality issues data within the Integrated Management System.
What you will do
- Conduct MiTek assembly inspections with I-Auditor or other formats, and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures, formally reporting, and communicating all defects.
- Responsible for checking, progressing, and filing correct inspection records.
- Supply technical support in the areas of machine work operation sub-inspection, and production line Quality support activities.
- Inspect and auditing of all components and all stages of the manufacturing processes.
- Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise proper corrective action paperwork, to ensure issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Ensure compliance and aid with adherence to the development of an Integrated Management System (IMS).
Qualifications
- High School required
- 1-2 Years of related manufacturing experience and the ability to perform the essential functions. required
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
