Our client in the Finance Industry, is looking for a part-time Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support their busy downtown office.
**Please note, this is a 1-month contract opportunity, with the possibility for extension**
Responsibilities
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, document management, mail/courier deliveries, etc.
- Assist Executive Assistant and Office Services Team with ad hoc duties
- Back up Receptionist coverage, as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 10:00am-1:00pm EST, on-site downtown Toronto
- Previous experience in administration and/or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and comfort working in fast-paced environments
