In Printer Ready Corporation, we provide customers high standard refurbished laser printers, laptops, computers, toner cartridges, and extended services, saving customer money while keeping the high quality all around, recycling electronic waste, be beneficial to our own planet.
Now we are in need one Administrative Assistant to help on daily business operation, customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Processing incoming orders on a daily base, make sure all orders are processed in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain all necessary document, make sure we can trace back anything we have done.
- Manage customer returns, refunds; report to management any abnormal issue.
- Manage online customer accounts, account receivable and follow up with customer regularly.
- Develop and maintain high level product knowledge base, keep up to date with all new product development.
- Coordinate with vendor, suppliers, and logistic, courier to make sure smooth operation.
- Handling front reception duties.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, reliable and enthusiastic to work.
- Computer proficiency required including MS Windows, MS Office, Internet, e-mail
- Familiarity with computer and printer hardware an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.99-$22.00 per hour
