Part-Time Time Medical Office Admin

West Ottawa Specialty Care provides quality medical care in Ottawa’s west end. Patient care is our priority and we are looking to add an additional part- time Office Administrator to our dynamic team. Office hours are from 8:30am to 12:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Interviews will be held on Friday February 9th Morning with an expected start date in the week following. Please only apply if available for this.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Patient reminder calls
• Main reception with greeting patients
• EMR Data Entry
• Administrative work assigned by the manager

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Additional Languages are an asset
• Minimum High school diploma/ GED required
• Ability to work independently
• Detailed oriented approach to tasks
• Ability to multitask
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient approach to patient care

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
