At Paradise Beauty Spa & Salon Inc., we're looking for an organized, personable, and dedicated Receptionist to add to our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the beauty and wellness industry.
Your Role:
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests, managing both check-ins and check-outs.
- Efficiently schedule appointments, balancing client preferences and staff availability.
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries, offering detailed information about our services and products.
- Process transactions and handle billing with accuracy and integrity.
- Keep the reception area neat and inviting.
- Assist with inventory tracking and the ordering of supplies.
- Work closely with salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient salon operations.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role would be beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, especially in scheduling and office software.
- A multitasker with a knack for staying organized in a busy setting.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
