Primary Responsibilities
The Receptionist:
Is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Executive Director and Administration Department, with priority given to the Senior Leadership Team and ICT Team.
Provides direct administrative and office management support to Executive Director and Administration Department, which may include answering phones and directing call to appropriate department, assisting Executive Assistant in running errands.
Providing support to Human Resources Department regarding onboarding employees, digital filing, other duties as needed.
Providing support to the Director of Finance, provides assistance in a variety of financial activities. (Directing incoming invoices/payables, and memos and letters on behalf of the Finance Department).
In collaboration with Exec Assistant, coordinates staff functions including in-house meetings, special projects and events
