As a Receptionist [Temporary] your responsibilities will include:
  • Scan large volume of documents
  • Receive and welcome clients/visitors into our office
  • Answer and direct telephone inquiries
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules for internal meeting space
  • Order and monitor catering requirements for internal meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and couriers accordingly
  • Prepare and schedule all outgoing couriers
  • Assist with mail-outs
  • General ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Other administrative duties as required

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Receptionist [Temporary]? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
  • Previous reception experience would be an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with and supporting multiple colleagues, including a strong focus on client service
  • Takes initiative, takes direction and works well independently
  • Keen attention to detail, efficient and accurate
  • Works well under pressure, with competing deadlines, understands commitments and prioritizes well
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Available on a contract until May 2024
