We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with potential candidates, and an understanding of the recruitment process. The Recruiting Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to ensure that the company is able to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct reference checks and background investigations for potential hires.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, updating candidate status, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews, processing background checks, and onboarding.
- Meet hiring needs by delivering quality candidates and helping the business.
- Create and post job ads on various platforms (indeed, job boards and social media pages)
- Conduct background and reference checks for all candidates.
- Responsible for the onboarding process, receive onboarding documents and creating the employee profile.
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
