The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As our Recruitment Specialist you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team on a short term contract (3 months), that has opportunity to extend.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Help support the outcomes derived from the talent strategies. Supporting in the sourcing, screening and onboarding process - being thoughtful to a consistent experience for the candidate and new team members.
• Partnering with the team and leaders to help develop and execute both a short- and long-term People strategy that directly supports and enables the business' objectives.
  
• High volume sourcing and outreach to build up sales candidate pipeline and make time sensitive hires. while building strong brand awareness.
• Partner with business leaders to implement the most effective and optimized organizational structures, with an eye for longer-term growth and stability.
• Support and collaborate on D+I initiatives
• All other duties as assigned

Who Are You?

• Team Player and Problem Solver
• Value an empathic and kind team
• 3+ years experience working in a specialized recruitment function
• Understanding of HR programs including competitive compensation, talent attraction, and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting and sourcing technical and non-technical talent across North America
• Analytically driven; you utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis.
