CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting and Business Analyst supporting a dynamic and highly visible cybersecurity project. As part of a busy PMO, you will be responsible for managing reporting requirements on a multi-year project. The position provides the opportunity to expand your horizons by working with many Federal agencies, acquisition capabilities, and an industry-leading cloud-based shared services solution.
Future duties and responsibilities
•Prepare data, metrics, and briefing materials in various formats for weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and ad hoc reporting
•Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, gathering input from multiple team members
•Analyze program data and information to identify better ways to conduct business and create
•May serve as primary or backup for the background investigation process, documentation, data management, reporting, and/or serve as the liaison to the Client Security POC
•Supports a variety of technical and non-technical meetings by drafting agendas and documenting meeting minutes
•Effectively work and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
•Interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (from technical subject matter experts to senior executives)
•Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
•Prepare executive level-briefing materials (e.g., memos, papers, presentations etc.) on a weekly and ad hoc basis.
•Utilize standard templates to gather information on items going through the governance process.
•Track that Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and customer requirements are met
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines simultaneously
•Intermediate to expert skills using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
•Experience using SharePoint for document collaboration and reporting
•Attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving aptitude
•BS degree with a minimum of
•3 years of experience demonstrated experience for Mid-level.
•7 years of experience demonstrated experience for Senior level
•Be the type of person who wants to grow their career and consulting capabilities in the Federal environment.
•Able to make independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing and the scheduling of work
OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required
•Prior experience in information technology projects, particular acquisitions or cloud related
•Experience creating graphics and charts in Visio other graphics software
•Experience with ServiceNow reporting
•Experience with SharePoint/Ensemble
Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US eligibility (USC and GC holders).
CGI Federal anticipates accepting applications for this position through 4/30/2024.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is between $70,000-$110,000.
