Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing sales force. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our diverse range of products.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential clients through door-to-door visits, cold calls, and networking events.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

• Collaborate with senior Sales Representatives and management to expand product knowledge and refine sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Access to a phone and laptop for conducting business.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Compensation:

• Commission-based compensation structure with a 50/50 profit split on all sales.

• Additional incentives available, including a 60/40 profit split for Sales Representatives who make their own deliveries to clients.

Additional Information:

• Full-time availability not required. You control your workload and earnings potential, allowing flexibility to balance other commitments. Your earnings are based on your sales performance.
