Sales Representative Web

YOU LOVE TO: 

• Process customer requests from the web such as JD Buy online, JD configurator, digital forms and other sources (complete process with the customer to qualify, propose machinery and accessories, assemble the quote and propose financing scenario) ;
• Develop and generate engagement on social media and find new niches;
• Responsible for new and used 'live chat' on our website (interact with customers and process tickets);
• Liaise with branches once the customer is ready to come and see or test drive;
• Responsible for closing the sale by following the in-branch salesperson until the sale is closed.
• Produce a monthly "kill ratio" report of web leads (new and used) by lead source/branch/category;
• Report and correct discrepancies noted on our WEB platforms;
• All other tasks related to web sales.

 YOU HAVE IDEALLY : 

• 2+ years experience as an agricultural or commercial salesperson;  
• Bilingual (French and English);
• Good communicator (spoken and written);
• Leadership and dynamism are desired personality traits.
• Available to work evenings and weekends (work schedule not in line with branch schedules).
