What You will do:
- Collaborate with our Sales Team to prequalify leads from website traffic & trade shows and pass information through to the Sales team.
- Create and maintain forward-moving conversations with potential clients to create a positive customer service experience. Answering emails, and questions and providing education through marketing literature and videos.
- Organize architectural plans submitted by our clients and create Quote Information Sheets to submit to our estimating team using information from our clients.
- Reviewing, sending, and following up with proposals to potential clients.
- Work with Sales Team to help establish relationships with contractors in our markets.
- Assist in the execution of communication such as writing/editing copy for presentations, blog posts, and other sales/marketing materials.
- Assist the Sales Team with product sample packages for clients and work with our suppliers to keep our showroom up to date with current product offerings.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing customer specification sheets.
- Maintain accurate weekly records of sales in our internal management software.
- Provide support to the Sales Team where needed including scheduling meetings, and phone calls, and aiding with various administrative tasks.

- Construction experience is an asset.
- Professional experience in sales, marketing, business, and software development is an asset.
- Experience in our industry would also be an asset or a post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications, & or business.

Compensation:
$22 - $28 per hour
