Level Ground Coffee Roasters is a sustainability-focussed organization established in 1997. Our mission is to trade fairly and directly with small-scale producers in developing countries and to market their products in North America, offering our customers ethical consumer choices.

We import coffee, tea, dried fruit, and cane sugar from small scale producers in Colombia, Honduras, Peru, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, D.R. Congo, India, & more. Our products are sold through a network of stores including grocery, fair-trade, health, cafés, and non-profit organizations.

Job Overview
This position will play an integral role in the following ways:

• Administrative support for sales team
• Incoming phone support back-up
• Order entry through web download, email, fax, and phone • Providing input and participating in sales team meetings • Collaborating with other teams to meet customer needs • Back-up for store visits, events, and infrequent demos

Qualifications Education/Experience

• Business administration and sales experience preferred
• Valid BC driver’s license and safe driving record

Communication/Teamwork

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven participatory work style; ability to work independently and with a teamGeneral
