Position Overview
Consultant I with role of sales enablement driving our ambition to be the leading Solutions Integrator.
What you’ll do at Insight
-Sales enablement
-Getting sales to talk services.
-Assist with Sales Training.
-Developing “cheat sheets” for sales.
-Packaging of service solutions
-Take services that need refinement and make them relevant for Canada.
-Define/prioritize core service offerings based on greatest potential/opportunity.
-For Commercial clients.
-For Corporate clients.
-Simplifying core offerings
-Value proposition for client (ie. Why the service and why Insight)
-Value to sales (ie. why they should sell)
-Sales collateral
-Work with Marketing to:
-Create supporting sales collateral.
-Drive sales campaigns.
-Continual refinement/improvement of all of the above
What you’ll need to join Insight

-BS in Computer Science (or in a related field) or equivalent work experience.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience working with information systems technology or industry standard compliance frameworks appropriate to the team function, such as security and security governance and risk compliance, cloud, etc.
-Licenses and/or certifications.
-Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
-Must have exceptional communication skills (including written, oral, and presentation) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate risk, issues, actions, and decisions across all levels of the organization
-Must possess strong analytical skills and display a high-level of troubleshooting competencies.
-Must be able to work independently and have the ability to exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
