Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, the candidate will:

• Manage Bell's Core Network Transformation Stream 5 program scope and delivery
• Lead highly visible program across functional groups within Connectivity & Reliability and Smart Core teams
• Communicate regularly with Directors on status of deliverables, financials and key priorities
• Identify project issues when they arise and lead issues to resolution where required
• Facilitate Program definition and prioritization meetings. Implement strategies for Scope Management
• Responsible for decisions on Risk Management, Quality Management, and Project Governance
• Provide strategies to address project complexities and guide decisions during the implementation phases

Critical Qualifications

• Strong communications skills and ability to simplify complex technical and process issues
• Proven track record as a partner, working in collaboration and building bridges across teams
• Good architectural knowledge of Bell's core networks and services (Internet, BBM, IPTV, Wireless, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of Bell network teams and processes
