Server/Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team at our bustling restaurant in Wild Wing @Father Tobin. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for accurately calculating bills and handling cash transactions
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing
- Excellent cash handling abilities, including counting money accurately and giving correct change
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
- Familiarity with food handling procedures to ensure the safety of customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe proportions

Salary: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 40 per week
