Job description

Sansom Equipment Limited is seeking a Service coordinator to join our service department.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Creating and Managing Work Order Data in an ERP system
  • Booking and scheduling in-house service work
  • Assist with in-house fleet management record keeping and maintenance scheduling
  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls and email inquiries with speed and accuracy
  • Compile quotes for both internal fleet repairs and external customer repairs, parts and warranty
  • Managing a service team calendar
  • Polite telephone etiquette and efiicent and effective custoimer follow-up
  • Proficiency in resolving customer issues in a collaboration with other corporate departments
  • Liaison between service, sales personnel, and customer
  • Paperwork filing and organization

Qualifications

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Able to maintain a high-level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid Class 5 license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Proof of vaccination
  • Criminal check
  • Current driver's abstract
