Sansom Equipment Limited is seeking a Service coordinator to join our service department.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Creating and Managing Work Order Data in an ERP system
- Booking and scheduling in-house service work
- Assist with in-house fleet management record keeping and maintenance scheduling
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls and email inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Compile quotes for both internal fleet repairs and external customer repairs, parts and warranty
- Managing a service team calendar
- Polite telephone etiquette and efiicent and effective custoimer follow-up
- Proficiency in resolving customer issues in a collaboration with other corporate departments
- Liaison between service, sales personnel, and customer
- Paperwork filing and organization
Qualifications

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
- Able to maintain a high-level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid Class 5 license with a clean driver's abstract
- Proof of vaccination
- Criminal check
- Current driver's abstract
