Service Leaders ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you must be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service. A minimum of one year in a similar role is required.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the service teams by example and in a supervisory and supportive capacity
- Making guests feel welcome and creating memorable experiences
- Providing exceptional, friendly customer service
- Great product knowledge
- Responsible Beverage Service in accordance with Serving it Right
- Maintaining cleanliness and environment standards of the Brewpub
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure organizational goals are met
- Troubleshooting issues that arise across the Brewpub effectively
- Coaching and reporting on team performance
- Resolve customer complaints, requests and queries
- Monitoring, contributing to, and acting on key performance indicators and other targets
- Other duties as required
Terms of Employment:
- This is a seasonal opportunity ending October 15, 2024, with the opportunity for an extension
- Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Compensation is $23.00 per hour plus gratuity share
- Part-time or Full-time (up to 40 hours per week) flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Anticipated start date March/April
