We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst who is experienced at working with a wide range of client stakeholders in software application development space. This confident and articulate communicator is comfortable in front of external and internal stakeholders, operating as a trusted adviser able to lend guidance to clients.

Your key responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements to aid development team
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing client business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization using the ServiceNow platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and new features, and actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and communication within the EY project team and between the team and client stakeholders. Act as a bridge between the development team and Client process owners.
- Story Development: Create high quality detailed stories that reflect translate the business needs into technical details for ServiceNow development team
- Remove Impediments: Support in identifying and removing impediments or obstacles that hinder the progress of the Scrum team.
- Scrum Events: Participate in scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Assist the development team in Unit testing
- Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off
- Contribute to development of job aids and training material
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise grade platform
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
- Prior experience with enterprise grade SaaS platforms and their application to business challenges
- Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple projects and workstreams and perform well in matrix management organization
Ideally, you’ll also have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Fundamentals is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
- Experience with security operations
- Previous experience with regulatory or compliance based technical solution delivery

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $64,000 to $132,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
