Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement effective Social Media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across Social Media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Social Media performance using tools and analytics to optimize strategies.
- Content Creation:
- Generate creative and compelling content for various digital platforms, including Social Media, the company website, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the organizations website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with web developers to implement changes and improvements to the website as needed.
- Monitor website analytics to track performance and user behaviour, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community and engagement among our online audience through Social Media interactions, forums, and other digital channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across Social Media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user participation and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate online strategies with offline efforts for a cohesive brand experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Social Media management and web content creation.
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools and web analytics platforms.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
