Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Client Care and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Care and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our marketing strategy, including Social Media presence, lead generation and engaging with our prospective clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a relaxed and creative environment and contribute to the growth of our brand.
Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing and Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Work with brokerage marketing department to create listing, team and realtor marketing materials
- Engage with Social Media, website and realtor.ca leads to attract and retain new business
- Create and schedule engaging content across various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports on performance
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics for Real Estate marketing and Social Media posts
- Stay informed about new Social Media features, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing Social Media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and other graphic design software
- Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content before publishing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
