Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Social Media, adept at creating engaging content, and skilled in managing various Social Media platforms. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence, increasing audience engagement, and driving growth through strategic Social Media initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content for all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience on Social Media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence on Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor Social Media campaigns to promote products, services, events, or brand initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor Social Media analytics and provide regular reports on performance, including audience growth, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Social Media Marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely promotion of relevant content and events.
Brand Advocacy: Cultivate brand advocates and influencers on Social Media, fostering relationships and partnerships to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
Social Listening: Monitor Social Media channels for mentions of our brand, competitors, or industry trends, proactively addressing any issues or opportunities that arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Social Media accounts for brands or organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills is a plus.
Experience usuing mailchimp and basic webdesign is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
