Social Media Marketing (Content Creation)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our small business team located in Toronto. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience (Ages 19-30). This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your digital marketing skills and creativity to drive Social Media success and build your portfolio.

*Please note this job is similar to a side hustle/freelance role and should not be mistaken for a full-time position. It's perfect for those looking to build portfolio and gain real world experience*

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok(@recklessproductionsca). The focus is on editing provided video clips to create engaging content to drive event ticket sales.

-Some events might require you to attend and shoot content for Social Media. So living close to the GTA/Toronto area is a plus
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Manage and Grow Social Media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing

Requirements:
-We want to see that you can edit videos for Social Media reels and understand how to use Tik Tok and Instagram to drive sales and traction to upcoming events.

-Be able to work independently and provide deliverables on time
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have:

-Proven success in Content Creation, video editing or design will be a plus but not necessary.

- Prior knowledge in Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, and Davinci will be a plus but not necessary.

-Skilled in designing and creating unique event flyers
