SalarySTAFF HOUSING MANAGER
As the Staff Housing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Staff Housing operations within our ClubLink Muskoka properties – Sherwood Inn, The Lake Joseph Club, and Rocky Crest Golf Resort. You will ensure that our staff members have safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing accommodations, fostering a positive living experience that supports their work performance and overall well-being. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with staff members and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Staff Housing operations, including but not limited to:
- Conducting regular inspections of housing units to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinating move-in and move-out processes for staff members, including key distribution, inventory checks, and lease agreements.
- Addressing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs in a timely manner.
- Management shuttle schedules – both daily work shuttles and weekly shopping shuttles.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff members, addressing any concerns or issues related to housing accommodations promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess housing needs and allocate housing units accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on housing occupancy, maintenance issues, etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff members, vendors, and senior management.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Experience in property management is considered an asset.

- This is a seasonal hourly position
- Requires travel between Staff Housing at The Lake Joseph Club, Rocky Crest Golf Resort and ,Sherwood Inn.
