Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all Front of House staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure that all Front of House operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Enforce food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide ongoing training
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and mixology
- Excellent understanding of the food industry, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Proven experience in restaurant management with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for safe food handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using restaurant management software for scheduling, inventory management, etc.
