About this opportunity:
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering intern to join our Toronto office for a 16-month internship beginning in May 2024. The successful candidates should be in an Industrial Engineering/Business Administration program.
Preferred Skills:
- Industrial Engineering background preferred
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Time management skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Good understanding of Google Suites
- Ability to articulate customer needs and wants and execute them
- Previous experience in project management or process mapping is an asset
- Industrial Engineering background preferred
Activities:
- Provide IT customer solutions support in developing materials for sales and project execution
- Documenting business requirements
- Facilitating process mapping
- Project management
- Communicating and coordinating with employees from all domestic and global sites
Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Education: Currently enrolled in a University internship program and have completed their 3rd year of studies. This role is ideal for students who enrolled in an Industrial Engineering or Business Administration program.
