Sturgeon Public School Division is currently recruiting a Full-Time Temporary Summer School Administrative Assistant 3 for a work assignment based out of our Morinville Learning Centre located in Morinville. This assignment is subject to change based on operational requirements.
FTE: 1.0 FTE; Full-Time Temporary; working 7 hours/day, 5 days/week; March 12, 2024 to July 2, 2024
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the principal, the primary focus of this position is to provide office support and to perform specialized clerical functions in finance and/or program support.
Duties:
Experience with PowerSchool , Google Suite and PASI
Provide clerical/program/administrative support to school administrators
Provide reception services and relief as required
Ability to multi-task and remain professional under pressure
Work well with others and ability to maintain several programs at once
Qualifications and Experience:
Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate is mandatory. Strong computer skills are essential including knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Google Suite, Google Docs, Hapara, Adobe Creative Suite and website maintenance. Experience using PowerSchool and PASI Systems is desirable. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Hourly Rate: $19.79 - $24.54 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
