About Our Client
As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of water treatment facilities and WWTP projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Overnight travel is required.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure work is performed according to specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards at all times.
