Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

We are looking for a new team member to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team in Tallinn. In this role you will be responsible for providing and delivering behind the scenes excellent customer service and end-to-end recruitment support to our Talent Partners and Hiring Managers. This is a 12 months fixed-term position with possibility to extend.

This position reports to

TA Operations Team Lead

Your responsibilities

• Performing supporting activities for the Talent Acquisition (TA) processes (e.g checking the quality of job requisition details, preparing and publishing job ads, screening candidates)
• Providing excellent customer experience to our Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and internal/external candidates
• Ensuring the quality of TA processes
• Following defined Customer and Service Level Agreement standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Your background

• Background of working in a Shared Service Center or another target-driven environment
• Experience from working with recruitment-related tasks is a merit
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills (e.g. Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) are beneficial
• A proficient computer user
• The ability to manage multiple demands on time and work in cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• A positive mindset and “can-do” attitude
