The Role:
As a Lumina Team Lead, you will assist with nightly operations and ensure the seamless execution of our immersive light experience at TAG. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform trail maintenance to ensure trails are ready for the evening.
- Clean up around the base to prepare for the first customers.
- Write the staff position schedule and guest numbers and jobs list for the evening.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the night.
- Assist with any problems throughout the night.
- Assist in cooking dinner.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to keep the team energized and guests happy.
- Other duties as reasonably directed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Team player.
- First Aid (or ability to acquire)
