Stuart Olson is searching for a Track Coordinator/Administration Support to join us for a new and exciting opportunity at our client site in Joffre, Alberta. Preference given to local candidates of the Red Deer region.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with Client on their system verifying entries in Track by clients
- Working with multiple companies
- Auditing hours and rates as entered into Track
- Fast paced turnaround environment
- Site reporting to Management as well as client
- Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Project Admin Manager and Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- CSTS 20 or CSTS 09 with WHMIS 2015
- 2 to 4 years’ administrative industrial experience (payroll, cost, Track)
- Any experience with the Track system will set you aside from other candidates.
- Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Excel, MS Word, Track or DTC and SAP an asset
- Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up
- Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
- Experience in Industrial operating environment
- Experience in maintenance processes an asset
- Ability to take direction and follow through on instructions

- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing
