Job Duties:

• Working in teams with the veterinarian
• Calling clients for history prior to the exam
• Filling prescriptions when needed
• Collecting Pets from Clients, Handling / Restraint.
• Taking blood and running IDEXX blood machines
• Injections as per doctor's request / tech appointments
• Assisting and prepping for surgery
• Recording Vitals during anesthetic
• Filling out drug and surgery logs
• We all share general cleaning duties: laundry, regular sanitization of the rooms, treatment area etc., scrubbing instruments, deep cleaning and organizing when possible.
• If you are open to learning, we would love to teach you more!
• Offering 4 x 10's or 5 x 8's (shift)

Cornerstone experience is an asset, however not a must.

VA or VOA Diploma- Necessary or equal experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
