Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Chase Veterinary Clinic . This is a one day a week position, as the Chase clinic is open on Thursdays.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping and billing
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining electronic medical records
- Provide general information to clients regarding clinic services, pricing, and policies
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
