Duties could be but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to clients remotely as a Virtual Assistant.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of clients.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for clients.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using software such as QuickBooks.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized tools for communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent office management skills, including record keeping and file management.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
